everything was very good, with extremely friendly and amiable staff, met requests. bed was comfortable and the room was good-sized. it faced the sea. the location offered was magnificent just off local bars and restaurants, and lamai night market, bars, variety of restaurants.
Their staff were kind of rude.

Very convenient place. On the one site - a quiet place, on the other site - in 10 minutes of walking the center of Lamai Beach with shops and restaurants. Very clean and beautifully hotel. Everything is green, everywhere are flowers. Very friendly personnel. Everybody smiles and they are always ready to help or give an advise. Massage salon at the hotel - near the sea. The tremendous singer creates in the evenings a romantic atmosphere. The dinner is organized directly on a beach near the sea. Thanks to all personnel for tremendous rest!

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean & nicely decorated & serviced daily. The resort is on the beach so we were able to swim in the surf & then hop in the lovely pool every day. There are other resorts along the same beach so each evening we walked along the beach to try a different restaurant. There is one two doors up that serves delicious Thai food & is cheap as chips. There is another a fair way along the beach that hosts beach parties & puts on light shows. It's pretty dodgy & charges exhorbitant drink prices on those nights. Don't get sucked in!!
The beautiful pool would have been even better if it had a spa. The location of the reaort is good in relation to the beach but is quite a long way from the airport. During peak hour it can take aroound 45 minutes to take the journey. The bedroom & the bathroom was separated by a blind that we had to put down. Not much privacy if you are suffering from Bali belly!! Having said all that, we would stay there again as it was just so relaxing.

We had an excellent stay at Samui Jasmine Resort - Sha Plus. the staff went above and beyond to assist us when our luggage was lost. They even tried to contact the airlines on our behalf. the highlight of our stay was when the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. the design of the hotel is beautiful and authentic, with a smaller, more exclusive feel. the restaurant offers excellent food, and the staff, especially the lady running the restaurant, were kind and attentive. the location is also excellent, allowing us to explore different parts of the island.
Nothing negative to say. 😊.

Our stay at Samui Jasmine Resort was incredible value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, being centrally located on the main street close to the beach, yet still quiet. The staff were attentive and quick to fulfill our requests, making us feel well taken care of.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety and options.
